Who we are
Driven by its focus on sustainability and its research into new sources of low environmental impact energies, Veroniki Holding has in its pipeline acquisitions and projects aimed at the production of energy from renewable sources.
Through the newly established company Veroniki Water Power, it has recently acquired six so-called mini-hydroelectric plants with a total installed power of 4.000 kW and a yearly production over 20.000 MWh.
All the power plants are located in the Italia mountains from north to south.
Veroniki Holding
Veroniki Holding S.p.A. was founded in 2010 by Daniela Veronica Gusa de Dragan as the sole coordinating organization of the Dragan Group.
In particular, Veroniki Holding S.p.A. was created to perform strategic functions, administrative, financial, commercial, and technical control and coordination for the Group companies both in Italy and abroad.

The Group Veroniki Holding was established in 1948, the year in which its founder Prof. Giuseppe Costantino Dragan set up ButanGas S.p.A. in Italy. The Group is now present in 8 European countries where it operates via 35 entities, with around 1370 employees, in the following sectors:
